ORDERS

Please check your e-mail spam filter first. In case you don’t find your order confirmation here, there is a risk that your order hasn’t been properly registered. Please contact your account manager to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once the order has been placed into Bulk production, since our order processes run automatically. If in doubt please contact your account manager immediatly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver Inline products within 7-10 business days after you have placed your order with us. 

SMU/ Bespoke jobs will vary from 14-60 business days depending on bulk.

If you haven’t received your parcel within the above working days after placing your order, it may be due to delays with DHL or our warehouse being unusually busy. Please contact your account manager so we can ensure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible.

Please note: Longer delivery times during certain campaigns, such as sales and Black Friday, may occur.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your invoice and tracking number.

PAYMENT

SportsPro Limited’s standard payment terms are 30 days from shipping subject to credit status and any special contractual terms agreed.

In some cases Pro-Forma Invoice payment maybe required.

Yes, we offer a 3% discount on Pro-Forma invoices and a 1 to 2% discount on early payment of invoices depending on the order size and.
